Techniques used:

• Stone flats: Each “stone” on the flats was marked out with charcoal, then the grout was painted, then the individual stones were scumbled - dark gray on the edges and lighter gray on the inside

• Stone platforms: Made from foam, scenic doped/foam coated, scumbled and spattered with various neutral tones, then glazed

• Door: Primed and hit with various layers of drybrushing, brushed with watered-down glaze

• Tree: Covered in sheets of muslin soaked with a mixture of glue and water, then painted with various tones, dry-brushed, and used dark wash to age and accentuate shadows
