Techniques used:

• Floor: Used lining stick and magic marker to mark wood panels, drybrushed each flooring panel with 3 tones of woodgrain

• Flats: Used 3” roller brush to roughly scumble 3 tones of gray on mounted brickboard, sponged to smooth out the scumbled edges, corrected any covered grout lines with detail brush, hit entire flat with a gray wash

  • used a spray bottle to add burnt sienna and raw umber tones, used a sponge and watered-down black wash to glaze the bottom of the walls

• Trim and windows: Woodgrain technique used by drybrushing boards with tinted polycrylic for grain texture

• Gymnasium Doors: Joint compound and sanding to get the wooden doors to look smooth like metal gymnasium doors, primed and painted

• Gymnasium truss: Painted gray and used burnt sienna and raw umber glaze to mimic rust
